The Checklist
Our home inspection report is modern, full of pictures and diagrams, and is very easy to read and understand. The Home Inspection is a visual inspection and we will document the condition of the home as oberved by the inspector on the day of the inspection. It is an overview of your future home and an outline of the items that will need immediate attention, followed by a list of general home repairs to keep the home in top shape.
